Both Cyberpunk 2077 and Detroit: Become Human are sci-fi games that could be said to fall into the “cyberpunk” genre, incorporating themes of freedom/autonomy vs order and featuring technological gadgets and robots. Detroit: Become Human follows three androids and their battles over android sentience and servitude, while Cyberpunk 2077 is in a similarly futuristic setting but is open-world while remaining story-driven, and follows a single customizable mercenary called V....

Beyond launch, Cyberpunk 2077 players have even more content to look forward to. For example, we know that Cyberpunk 2077 will have a multiplayer mode, though it won’t be in the game at launch. That’s because CD Projekt Red hasn’t even started developing Cyberpunk 2077’s multiplayer mode, instead opting to focus all of its resources on developing the single player experience first.
