The Sandevistan systems give players the ability to slow down time for a few seconds, and this can help them line up shots both in melee combat and at range. Equipping one means sacrificing quickhacks and all the utility they offer, but depending on the player’s build they won’t lose much. However, tracking down a good Sandevistan to equip (and good mods to go with it) can be a hassle of its own.

Sandevistan Models
One word of warning: don’t equip a Sandevistan and other slowdown cyberware at the same time. These items will override the Sandevistan and either force it to end early or prevent it from activating. However, the Nervous System cyberware Nanorelays will increase the time a Sandevistan stays active.
Also, keep in mind that ripperdocs in Cyberpunk 2077 don’t always have their full inventory for sale during every visit, especially when V’s Street Cred is low. If the Sandevistan model indicated isn’t on the list, wait 24 hours and the doc will refresh their inventory.
Sandevistan Mods
Ripperdocs also sell mods and mod crafting specs for Sandevistans, including those that don’t offer full models. These are often a bit more random, and players can find plenty of cyberware mods from random drops. As such, this list is more about which mods can be found rather than where to find them.
